Refund policy

Give the pouches a fair try. If you are not happy, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a full refund.

How to request a refund

Send us your order number through our contact page or by email at nguyenngocha71932@gmail.com. We will reply with the next steps.

Your refund

Once your request is approved, we refund the original payment method. Banks usually take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit on your statement.

Bundle orders

Bundle prices (Buy 2, Get 1 Free and Buy 3, Get 2 Free) are applied automatically in the cart. A refund on a bundle order is based on the amount you actually paid.

Damaged or wrong items

If a parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong item, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
